We recommend gathering your data as soon as you begin setting up Firefly, then as you get closer to going live with Firefly, have your import sheet ready to submit the same week you go live with Firefly.

Imports typically take the Firefly team 2-3 business days to finish once you've submitted the form with your completed import sheet

What If I Need Help Completing The Import Sheet?

If you need additional help with building the import sheet, Firefly provides an Import Build Service. If you can produce exports / reports of your data from your current systems, the Firefly team will take your collection of data that you provide us to then build the import sheet for you.

The cost for this service is $200 per import sheet build. Just ask our support team about the Import Build Service.
