"Error Sending to Printer" when trying to print WebPRNT POS receipt

If you have verified both printer and device you are printing from are on the same network, try adjust security settings:

If you are NOT using Secure Print:
Chrome:
Enter chrome://flags/#block-insecure-private-network-requests into the address bar and click Enter. Set Block insecure private network requests to disabled. Restart chrome and then try printing again.

Edge (Chromium):
Enter edge://flags/#block-insecure-private-network-requests into the address bar and click Enter. Set Block insecure private network requests to disabled. Restart edge and then try printing again.

Firefox:
Firefox does not currently support direct print with secure print turned off.

If you are using Secure Print

Navigate to the printer admin page by entering the IP address of the printer in the URL bar and click enter. If a 'unsafe website' page is displayed, click "Proceed (unsafe)" to continue to indicate to the browser that URL is safe. Try printing again.

Firefox:
Settings > Privacy & Security, scroll down to Security section, click View Certificates. Click Add Exception on the Servers tab, add printer url in the Location box (eg https://192.168.1.24) and click Get Certificate. Click Confirm Security Exception and click OK.

Chrome & other Chromium based browsers (Edge, Brave, etc)
If you are still having issues printing, you may need to regenerate the self signed certificate in the printer admin page. Instead of clicking 'Download' to download the certificate, fill out the form and click Create to generate a new certificate. This may be necessary if a certificate was generated previously when the printer had a different IP address.
