Invoices and POS receipts can be printed to a standard printer in a few simple steps.

Print Invoices
There are two steps to print an invoice: view then print. The viewing actions will open an invoice in a pdf viewing program, you will print from there. This applies to all invoices, both new and previously created. Directions for both are below.
Step 1: View
To view a newly created invoice, select View from the generate invoice menu.

To view a previously created invoice, click on the item in the Invoices tab.
Step 2: Print
You will use the print feature of the program you are viewing the invoice in. Below is an example of a program's print icon.
This icon will open the print menu. Select the destination printer from the list of those connected to your device. If you do not see the desired printer in this list, you must troubleshoot the printer's connection to your device.
Print POS Receipts
POS receipts can be printed after a payment is completed. To start, you will setup the Standard Printer option in Printer settings.
Then, simply select Print Receipt.
When Print Receipt is clicked, the print menu will open. You will select the destination printer from the list of those connected to your device. If you do not see the desired printer in this list, you must troubleshoot the printer's connection to your device.
Note: You will not see the Print Receipt button if trying to print a POS transaction without a payment. You will need to add a payment to print a POS receipt.
Below is transaction without a payment and without the Print Receipt button.
Alternatively, POS receipts may be printed with one click using a Star brand printer.
