Amenities are unit features your guests might experience during their stay. Common examples include: tables, benches, shade, water front views, or being close to the bathrooms. Including amenities on your units helps guests know what to expect during their stay in a specific unit and even allows guests to search for units that meet their needs or expectations. To add amenities to your units, you first create the amenity then apply it to the unit. Amenities can be edited at any time. You can also run a report to see the amenities associated with each unit.

Create Amenities for the Property

Below are the steps to add a new amenity to your list of amenities: 

1. From the main menu, click the Settings dropdown then select Amenities.
2. In the Section "Add New Amenity" enter the name of the amenity.
3. Click the blue "Add" button.
4. Repeat this process to create additional amenities.

Apply Amenities to Units

It's an industry standard to designate sites in unit classes based on amenities. We know this and so do your guests, but ! That's why you can customize which amenities show up, for specific units. Below are the steps to do so: 

1. Sign into Firefly (app.fireflyreservations.com)
2. Navigate to the Units Page
   1. Click on the Settings Drop Down on the Left Menu
   2. Scroll down and click Units (you can also get here by navigating directly to: https://app.fireflyreservations.com/units) 
   3. Click the Unit you wish to add an Amenity to 
   
   
3. Click on the Amenities Tab
4. Click the checkbox next to any of the amenities that you wish for the unit to display
5. Click Save

Edit Amenities

To edit an amenity:

1. Click on an existing amenity
2. Enter in the name change you wish to see
3. Click "Update"
