Overview

Amenities are what we call the features of a unit that your guests might experience during their stay. Common examples might include: benches, shade, water front views, or being close to the bathrooms. To add amenities to your units, first create the amenity, then add it at the unit level.

 

Creating Amenities 

Below are the steps to add a new amenity to your list of amenities: 

  1. Sign into Firefly (app.fireflyreservations.com)
  2. Navigate to the Amenities Settings Page
    1. Click on the Settings Drop Down on the Left Menu
    2. Click Amenities
  3. In the Section "Add New Amenity" enter the Name of the Amenity
  4. Click the Blue "Add" button
  5. Repeat this process to add new Amenities

 

Editing or Updating Amenities

To edit an amenity:

  1. Click on an existing amenity
  2. Enter in the name change you wish to see
  3. Click "Update"

Adding Amenities to Units

Different unit types have different Amenities, we know this! That's why you can customize which amenities show up, for specific units. Below are the steps to do so: 

  1. Sign into Firefly (app.fireflyreservations.com)
  2. Navigate to the Units Page
    1. Click on the Settings Drop Down on the Left Menu
    2. Scroll down and click Units (you can also get here by navigating directly to: https://app.fireflyreservations.com/units) 
    3. Click the Unit you wish to add an Amenity to 

  3. Click on the Amenities Tab
  4. Click the checkbox next to any of the amenities that you wish for the unit to display
  5. Click Save
