Custom Field to Request Information from Guests

Is there a way to ask custom information to a guest that is specific to my park?

Yes! For example: Do you need to collect AMP Requirements from your guests? You can rename the "Other Info Field" to match what your park needs. 

 

1. Sign into app.fireflyreservations.com

2. Click on the Settings Menu Drop Down

3. Click on the Property Settings

4. Click on the Reservations Tab

5. Scroll down to the Check Out options

6. Check the box next to: Show other info field

7. Add the label

8. Click Save

 

Note: There is a feature request to have the option to make this field required, but the feature does not yet exist.
