If you need to prevent a specific guest from making a booking, you can do so in Firefly.
Go to the Guest Profile
1. Click on Guests
2. Click on Search Guests
3. Enter in the Guest Information and click "Search"
Using the Guest Ranking
Under the first tab on the guest profile there is a drop down called Guest Rating. When a guest is listed as "Banned" they will not be able to use the information under their profile to book an online reservation. If a clerk is making a reservation for them, they will also be prompted with a note that the guest has been banned.
