How to Reset a Reservation Check-In Status

If a reservation has accidentally been checked-in early, it is quick and easy to reset the status back to “Not checked in” while you wait for your guest's arrival.

  1. Click the options menu and select “check out”.

  2. Click the options menu again and now you will have the option to “Reset check in status”.

That's it! The reservation will now be reset to "Not checked in status", ready to be checked in when your guest does arrive.
