There are many opportunity to record notes all throughout Firefly. This article gives a comprehensive list of where you may enter notes and if guests can see the notes or not.

Note locations in Firefly:
- Reservation Details - Notes Tab, these are internal for your team
- Payments - Notes Box, this does not reflect to the guest portal or on receipts. Shown on Payments and Charge Payments reports.
- Invoices - The Notes box, this will show on printed invoice for guests
- Guests Profile - The notes box here are internal and will show on the guest profile and on the guest tab for the reservation.
- Payments in Point of Sale - These do not show on receipts nor on on the guest portal. They are viewable in transaction history. Shown on POS Payments report.
- Unit Settings - Notes Tab, this is internal for your team and will track a history of the notes

Blocked Unit Group - Notes box, this is internal and will show on the grid when hovering over the block

Unit Blocks - Notes box, this is internal and will show when hovering on the grid
- Grid Unit Blocks - Notes box, this is internal and will show when hovering on the grid
Notes in Reports:
Reports currently displaying associated notes are Payments and Charge Payments in the Charges & Payments section and POS Payments in the POS section.
