There are a couple of ways to search for a reservation in Firefly. Firefly has a Search Reservations tool that can be used.
1. Navigate to your Dashboard
2. Click on Search Reservation
3. From this screen you can search all reservations based on: Lookup Code, Guest Name, Date Range
