Firefly has lots of automations! This help article addresses when those automations happen, so you as a owner/operator know what to expect and when to expect it.
Note: All times are in Central time zone.
Charges and Payments
- Create new charges from recurring charges: 2am, Daily
- Refunds: Processed immediately
- Payments that are not scheduled: immediately
- Process Scheduled Payments: 9am, Daily
- Reattempt Failed Scheduled Payment: 3 day wait before reattempt, with 3 reattempts
Email Notifications
- Payment Success, Payment Failure, Payment Retry Notifications: 9am, Daily
- Overdue Charge Notifications: 9am, Daily
- Expiring Credit Card Notifications: 9am, Daily
- Overdue POS transaction: 9am, Daily
- Arrival Emails (that have not already been sent): Starts 1 day before the arrival, 10am, 12pm, 3pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 8pm, 11pm daily Note: If a reservation is made a week before, the arrival email will be sent the first available slot of 10am, but if the reservation is made after that, it will send in the next available slo
- Reservation Follow Up Notification: 5pm, Daily the day after departure
