Understanding AirBnb Terms that relate to Firefly Reservations: 

 

Min Stay Arrival- Means you set the minimum stay based on the guests check in date only.

 

Min Stay Through- Means all minimum stays set must be met regardless of the guest's arrival date. This is in the case that you have a 1-night minimum on Friday but a 3-night minimum on Saturday.

As an example: Let's say you have Sunday-Friday set as a 1-night minimum and Saturday has a 3-night minimum. Here's how each setting would work.

 

Min Stay Arrival- If the guest is arriving Friday (that has a 1-night minimum) but tomorrow is Saturday (that has a 3-night minimum), then they will be allowed to stay 1 night because the 3-night minimum is only required for a Saturday arrival.

 

Min Stay Through- Would require the guest to book a minimum of 3 nights if they are arriving on Thursday, Friday and Saturday because Saturday can only be booked for a minimum of 3 nights and no less.
