In Firefly you have the option to set up your park so that guests can choose a specific unit number, or a unit type.
If your park wants to hide the unit number from a guest when booking, this is can be set up in your settings. This is how to hide unit numbers from the Reservation Portal.
Update your Reservation Portal Settings
1. Click the settings option on the left menu
2. Click Property Settings
3. Click on the Reservation Tab
4. Scroll down a bit until you see the "Search Results" section
5. Check the box next to "Allow guests to only view and book by unit class, not unit number 
Update your Email Templates
Some email templates send out the unit number by default. If you are no longer sharing the unit number with guests before arrival, you will want to adjust your email templates. Once done editing the text, click save and they will update for future reservations. For more information on emails and email templates, click here.
