Update your POS.

On the main menu, go to Point of Sale > POS Items. You can find and open the item(s) needing a tax change. Simply deselect the undesired tax, select the new tax, and click Save.

For a more efficient process, especially useful if you have many items to change, you may edit the tax settings on your POS Item Categories and use the "Override individual POS item taxes" option to push the tax change to all items in the category. You must ensure every POS item is designated to a category to use this option. If unfamiliar, POS Item Categories setup is found on the main menu in the Settings dropdown.
