How do Violations Work in the Migration?
When violations migrate from Astra, you will find the details of the violation under the "Guest Notes" section (on the guest account). The Violation Level that the customer is classified as in Astra will affect their 1-5 star guest rating in Firefly. For example, a customer who is marked as "Dangerous" in Astra will come across as "Banned" in Firefly. A customer labelled "Serious" in Astra will come over with a 1 star rating in Firefly.
