How do I find my Invoice from Firefly?

Firefly invoices are sent monthly to our customers. If you need to find a complete history you can follow the steps below.

This article applies users who have the following permissions:

  • User Permission: "Account Administrator" 

 

How do I access my Invoice from Firefly?

1. Sign into Firefly

2. Click on your name in the top right corner

3. Click Account

4. Click the "Invoices" tab

On this screen you will see your past invoices', if you click on any of them they will expand so that you can see the breakdown between reservation type, and any additional charges.

How do I understand what reservations or units I am being billed for? 

There are two reports that can help you determine which reservations you are being charged for, on any given invoice. If your park has standard, and ongoing reservations you will want to run both reports for the breakdown. 

  1. Choose the date of your invoice
  2. Click "Run"
    The report will show you the amount, and which reservations you are being billed for, as well as the units and total units you are being billed for:

  2. Click "run"
    This will show you the number of ongoing reservations you are being billed for, including the total number of units. 

💡 You can click on any of the reservations and go directly to the reservation

 

What else might I see on my invoice?

As a Firefly customer, you may be paying for additional services with us! You might see items you are billed for such as our paid integrations (SMS Messaging, Channel Manager) or the commission fee for ReserveAmerica for any bookings that came from your ReserveAmerica listing.
