Adding Multiple Properties to your Firefly Account

If you have multiple parks that you wish to manage in Firefly, this article will help you set it up.

Overview

In Firefly Reservations you can manage multiple properties or parks in one account. The benefit here is that you can use the same sign in for each of your properties, and will have reporting insights across your business. 

Other tips and information to take note of:

  • All properties are billed in 1 invoice with 1 payment method.
    • Reports can itemize invoice charges for each property even though all charges are paid in one payment with one payment method.  
    • If you wish to have separate billing, you will set up a separate Firefly accounts for your individual properties.

Create a New Property

  1. Click your name in the top right corner
  2. Click Account
  3. Click on the tab: Properties 
  4. Under the Add New Property section, enter in a name
  5. Click Add New Property
    You will see the new property shown on the list below, as well as a success message appear in the bottom right corner. 

 

Set Up the New Property

Now that your park has been created, you will need to set it up. This is very similar to the original set up you may have done for your original Firefly property. 

  1. Add any additional users needed
  2. Update your Property Settings -  We have this set up video and guide to help walk you through all the different property settings and customizing Firefly to meet your business needs. 
  3. Connect to a Payment Processor, you can use the same credentials for your other parks, if you need help connecting with your merchant please reach out and our team can help
  4. Create your Units - Units can take the most time, but there are lots of tricks and tips for creating them in a quick way. Check out our Adding New Units guide, the Unit Clone tool, and the Import/Export tool so you don't have to create each unit individually! 
  5. Set up Amenities
  6. Set up Add-ons (More about Required Add-ons)
  7. Set up Utilities (More about how to take meter readings)
  8. Upload and link the units on your map
  9. Get your Reservations Ready for Import by following the instructions on this page
  10. Add your Reservation Portal URL to your website and social media accounts, you are ready to take reservations 🙌
